After a while, I decided to retake the analysis of the players-disclosure of the Bundesliga. And what better team this season to focus on where the current 10/11 joint German fashion: the BVB. Borussia Dortmund
has a handful of young players remarkable level: Sahin, Hummels, Subotic, Bender, Kagawa, Großkreutz, but I think none embodies the explosion of BVB in the Bundesliga as Mario Götze.
A player who last season played in the youth (under-19) of BVB and just one year later and has become a permanent fixture in the first team and even BVB Nationalmannschaft debut with the hand of coach Joachim Loew. With just 18 years has been the second youngest player to wear the "Trikot" the national team after Uwe Seeler and that already is too big.
But how could define a Mario Götze? Jürgen Klopp has usually been putting the young through the BVB on the right side. That is a trident on the back of Lucas Barrios, forming Kagawa line with the middle and the left Großkreutz. Sometimes during games Klopp makes the two men exchanged their positions and band even Kagawa permute its central position with one of them, and thus are much harder to prevent the attack of the BVB.
Gözte is therefore one man band? Not a classic end it has to overcome lack inward, but it has qualities that make him very dangerous on the side. Götze is fast, has Dodge, brash, good vision and passing excelelente. Although skilled, he is classified and very ambidextrous and actually we have seen use both legs almost to the same expertise (I'd say the right gives more confidence). Also coming from the second line of BVB mortal can do some damage (he has 5 goals so far, but the most important are his 9 assists), but so far lacks the eye for goal of such Großkreutz or Kagawa. Now with the injury
Kagawa, Klopp it is putting up the middle and we are seeing in this position also is paying a very high level, not as an organizer but as a classic midfielder. So the most important question that has to be on Götze is: what is the true level of Götze? Well if it breaks (which have many young people risk promises) this guy is poised to carve out a big name in the Teutonic world of football.
